Reflection Task 3

My candidate would definitely be Leonardo DiCaprio. He is a film producer, actor, and environmentalist. He achieved international fame with James Cameron’s Titanic. He also played in many other movies, including Romeo + Juliet, Catch Me If You Can, Shutter Island, Inception, Django Unchained, The Great Gatsby, The Wolf of Wall Street, and The Revenant. He won many awards, unfortunately not including an Oscar. Despite being tortured about this subject, he stays silent and humble, works harder and plays better. I have to admit that I have fallen in love with him in Titanic a bit. He gives himself to his role. There is a popular story on the internet, about his role in Django. In the scene where he cracks a glass in his hand, it was actually unplanned. He just kept his role. Even because of this, he deserves all the awards that he wants. I also check his Instagram a lot, and he usually tries to give his followers information about environmental issues, which I find very noble. This year, I think because of his last successful movie, The Revenant, and his years of being royal about the Oscar Issue, he deserves to be the man of the year.
